ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
But, we also take great care to insure that you receive your order safely and intact. If however, the plate breaks during shipping, we will send you another one free of charge (they are insured in transit).
Please note that each character is individually handmade and are only replicas of the people you want. No two characters will be alike but they will closely resemble the hairstyle and characters shown in the sample.
